Phoenix Property Maintenance & Development was launched in 2019 by Norman Brennan, built on the foundations of his ethos of honesty, value and reliability for the customer.  Having been in the trade for over 20 years, working on ground up property development and maintenance projects Norman has an impressive portfolio under his belt which includes having sold property on channel 4's location, location location, alongside a proven track record for adding value to property and working closely alongside clients with complete clarity at every stage, you can be reassured your property is in good hands.

 Our tried and tested tradesmen and women are all professionals with the correct registration and certification expected for their trade.
